I discovered bunches of fragrant wild garlic in the Market today. I have seen it before but have never experimented with it. Wild garlic is around in early spring, you may have spotted it before between patches of bluebells. Unlike usual garlic you use the leaves and flowers. I will definitely be using it again the taste is amazing!

Wild Garlic Pesto

Ingredients

1 bunch of wild garlic

1 cup of almonds

Large ‘glug’ of olive oil

Sprinkle of sea salt

2 tablespoons cashew butter

Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy with Courgette Pasta (or Pasta of your choice).
