Courgette Pasta with homemade Pesto

I have a new herb box in my garden at the moment, with a lot of Basil, so thought that I would experiment!


  • 110g fresh basil leaves
  • 150ml olive oil
  • 50g parmesan
  • 50g pine nutes
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Clove of Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender except for part of the olive oil. Add 100ml of this at first and then stir in the remaining oil until you have the right consistency.


Really quick to make and delicious!
