It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to work on their nutrition and life goals with a trained professional. People are generally stretched for time daily and often we feel that we are not really listened to as individuals in our fast paced society.
As a Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. I passionately believe that what we eat impacts so many areas of our life. I have witnessed for myself the link between what you eat and how you feel. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.
Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and rigid discipline. My approach is about individually tailored changes which you are able to incorporate long term into your life.
No one diet or approach works for everyone, because everyone is an individual. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
I work primarily with professionals who are looking for more sustained balance in their lives, healthier food choices, more energy, stress reduction and weight loss.
Life is a long time, if you want something different you need to do something differently.

A peaceful and rejuvenating Yoga & Raw Food Day Retreat, at the Beautiful Brooklands Barn, one of the best loved retreats in the South.
